• As airconditioners are operating, air is drawn in to either be warmed or cooled to be redistributed around the home or office. The air has to pass through filters which over time get clogged up with dirt and dust. As these filters get clogged up the efficiency of your airconditioner is reduced. Our technicians can clean these filters.

• On the outside condensor unit, fans blow air over fins attached to the coil to maintain the temperature to the required level. With use these fins can clogg up with dirt and dust and become less effiicient. Our technicians can clean the fins on the coil and the coil itself if need be.

• As an airconditioner ages the main driving engine of the airconditioner known as the compressor starts to loose efficiency. Our trained staff can identify inefficient compressors that are in need of replacement.

• Many people are unaware that by slightly reducing the desired level of temperature control they can significantly effect the amount of energy they use.

• Our technicians can test to see if the ducting has become detached in your ceiling to ensure all air that your airconditioner has heated or cooled gets directed into your living or working areas and not lost.

• Our technicians can cast their eyes arround your home or office to see if there are some obvious ways for you to save energy for heating and cooling.
