If your airconditioner is not responding to the remote it may be much cheaper and faster to get the remote repaired than wait for a technician to come to your house. If your remote is not functioning don't despair we can fix it. Most remotes are repaired quite easily and we only charge $ 39.95 including postage. If the remote is uneconomic to repair we will dispose of it for you free of charge. In this case you do not have to pay us any money !!!!!!!!!!!!

Please understand that due to the large amount of remotes that we receive we cannot store them for a long time. If no fault is found or you want the remote returned to you then you need to pay $ 39.95 within 2 weeks and we will return to you by post.

Please note that we will not accept packages that have not had postage paid.

Please not that most remotes are fixed very easily. Anything that cannot be fixed easily is not economic to repair. By sending us your remote you are acknowledging that is is not always economically feasible to repair every remote.
